Unlock Your Potential as an Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Lepaya. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large multinational customers and contributing to Lepaya's overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large multinational customers and develop strategic customer plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on complex decisions and upskilling challenges
  • Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant
  • Strong sales mindset, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Structured work approach and experience in project management
  • Proven affinity with the learning & development landscape
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience in selling software solutions/platforms is a plus
