About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Consultant to join our team at eduBITES GmbH. As a key member of our client engagement team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their journey with our innovative solutions, from initial onboarding to continuous growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and promote retention.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery: Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Strategic Advisory & Optimization: Work with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing their learning strategies and maximizing the impact of our solutions.

Requirements include:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a role involving project management, client engagement, or strategic consulting.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
