Pre-Sales Specialist

At DeepOpinion, we're looking for a talented Pre-Sales Specialist to play a key role in driving customer success by providing expert support and innovative solutions during the sales process.
Your Profile- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including proposals, solution briefs, and case studies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
- Coordinate with the product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
- Assist in managing proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness to potential clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements.
- Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
