About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AIML/GenAI Sales Specialist to join our AWS Global Sales Organization (AGS) team in Germany. As a specialist sales representative, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth and shape the future of emerging technologies that will have a significant impact on our customer's technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer opportunities by defining and implementing tech domain specific sales strategies within your assigned accounts and technology domain.
  • Ideate with Line of Business and C-suite leaders, building trust with your deep business expertise, and following through to help solve their most compelling business problems.
  • Act as the front line within your accounts for all specialist customer engagement in your tech domain.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers.
  • Partner with the world's biggest system integrators to deliver on customer projects.

Requirements

  • 7 years+ Sales and business development experience in AI/ML/Gen AI or in the area of Data business (Database/Analytics/Business Intelligence).
  • Track record of building rapport with C-level Lob and Technology stakeholders, and working with partners.
  • Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in fluent German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a heavily matrixed sales environment, including developing, implementing, managing, and executing go-to-market growth initiatives and sales motions.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
