About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Junior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for running competitive pricing rounds, creating vouchers for onsite actions and marketing channels, and ensuring scalable processes across countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Run competitive pricing rounds for specific countries and upload prices, using a detailed-oriented approach to spot mistakes.
  • Create vouchers for onsite actions and marketing channels, based on previous analysis related to performance.
  • Ensure and develop scalable processes together with our product team across countries, challenge existing processes in order to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial, purchasing and marketing teams for pricing related campaign setup.
  • Monitor our performance and setting up daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Run pricing tests in order to improve our core KPIs through an efficient pricing strategy.
  • Take over projects and ad-hoc requests, such as analysis of pricing adjustments and strategic price optimization.
  • Independently research and implement the pricing strategy in international markets.

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Pricing or a similar commercial analytical role (Working student experience is also welcome).
  • Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
  • A proactive work style.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in E-commerce is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • A salary band between 40,000€ and 50,000€ gross per year.
