Pricing Strategy Manager Senior Role Overview
As a Senior Pricing Strategy Manager at SumUp, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic pricing decisions and aligning pricing tactics across teams. This position is part of the EU GTM Tribe and requires close collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and other Multi-Product tribes.
- Develop a multi-product pricing strategy focusing on product adoption, new revenue streams, profitability, and acquisition.
- Collaborate in Fee Pricing strategy to achieve long-term retention and revenue growth.
- Build models to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
- Analyse competitors' pricing and market trends, synthesising findings and insights to understand competitive positioning and areas of improvement.
- Design analytical-driven A/B tests focused on driving positive margin growth and acquisition.
- Design reporting tools to facilitate informed pricing decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Pricing Strategy or Revenue Management.
- Strategic commercial thinking with outstanding analytical skills.
- Ability to run analysis on complex data sets, with SQL background a plus.
- Experience in running Pricing A/B Testing experiments.
- Self-starter with experience in highly cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, guided by clarity and structure.
