  • People Leadership
    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Führung und Motivation deines Software-Entwicklungsteams. Du entwickelst individuelle Entwicklungspläne, führst regelmäßige Einzelgespräche mit den Teammitgliedern und pflegst eine offene Kommunikationskultur.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, ein positives Teamklima zu fördern und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teammitgliedern zu unterstützen.
  • Delivery & Quality
    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die technische Leitung und die Qualitätssicherung deines Software-Entwicklungsteams. Du stellst sicher, dass der Code stets hochwertig ausgeliefert wird und vollständig unseren technischen Standards entspricht.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die technische Integrität des Produkts zu gewährleisten und sicherzustellen, dass die Softwareentwicklung auf höchstem Niveau stattfindet.
  • Management
    • Als Team Lead Software Engineering bist du verantwortlich für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam und die Umsetzung neuer Technologien. Du kommunizierst technische Entscheidungen klar an die relevanten Stakeholder und sorgst dafür, dass die Softwareentwicklung auf höchstem Niveau stattfindet.
    • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die technische Incident Management zu überwachen und sicherzustellen, dass alle auftretenden Probleme zeitnah und effektiv gelöst werden.
