Wir suchen eine/n Head of Key Account Management (m/w/d) für unsere SRH Hochschule Berlin. Als Führungskraft sind Sie verantwortlich für die Akquise und Betreuung von Key-Accounts sowie die Führung und Steuerung des nationalen B2B-Vertriebs und des dualen Studiums.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und Steuerung des nationalen B2B-Vertriebs & des dualen Studiums
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Akquise von Key-Accounts und deren Betreuung
  • Führung und Steuerung der regionalen und lokalen Sales-Mitarbeiter/in
  • Erstellung von markt- und wettbewerbsrelevanten Reports und gleichzeitiger Auswertung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluierung & Implementierung des CRM-Systems
  • Auswertung der CRM-Daten in Dashboards / Erfahrungen in Sales Force / HubSpot / Power BI wünschenswert
  • Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeiter- und Umsatz-Planung
Profil
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Führen von Vertriebsteams
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Hochschul-Erfahrung
  • Nachweisbarer Track Record im B2B und B2C Sales
  • Reisebereitschaft und Spaß am Repräsentieren unserer Campus
