Are you prepared to oversee a hybrid team and elevate our accounts receivable processes? As the Head of Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d), you will take charge of both national and international project invoicing at 4flow, leading a team of five professionals across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will have comprehensive responsibility for invoicing and collection processes across the company.
- Your role includes the development, documentation, and enhancement of project invoicing.
- You will manage order processing (including revenue and liquidity forecasting) as well as collections and accounts receivable management in collaboration with project managers.
- You will serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding all accounts receivable and tax-related inquiries.
What We Are Looking For:
- With a degree in economics, you possess several years of professional experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable, within a company that has international branches, along with initial experience in team leadership.
- You have strong knowledge of accounting principles under HGB and a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Your practical experience includes proficiency in Excel and accounting software, ideally with tools such as Datev, LucaNet, or Workday.
- You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable communicating in English within a dynamic international setting.
- You demonstrate a proactive approach, a well-organized work style, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
