About the Team

The SMB Account Management team at Wolt is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with top SMB partners in Germany. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with regional team leads to drive growth and success.

About the Role

As the Head of SMB Account Management, you will own the performance and growth of our SMB Merchant portfolio. You will lead a team of talented individuals, driving initiatives that promote business growth and develop the team to manage the growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, building and driving initiatives that drive growth for our business and merchants.
  • Invest in people development, applying deliberate efforts to give team members the tools to succeed.
  • Drive bar-raising performance, responsible for driving the team's performance into the green each quarter.
  • Lead across functions, collaborating with cross-functional partners to relate to the pain points of our merchants.
  • Speak for those not at the table, being collaborative and communicative in settings where you represent the team.

Requirements

  • A successful track record in Account Management with relevant experience in the German market.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English languages.
  • Several years of experience in Key account management and/or revenue-focused teams, with at least 2 years of experience managing other team leads.
