About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to head our SMB Account Management team in Germany. As the Head of SMB AM, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of our SMB merchant portfolio, building and developing the team, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the broader Germany commercial organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SMB AM team to achieve quarterly OKRs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster and maintain relationships with top SMB partners in Germany.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand the pain points of our merchants and customers.
  • Represent the team in key business meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our SMB merchant portfolio.

About You

  • You have a successful track record in Account Management with relevant experience in the German market.
  • You are skilled at building long-term business relationships with partners and have experience in key account management and revenue-focused teams.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are data-driven.
  • You have business-level proficiency in German and English languages.
