Are you prepared to guide a dynamic team and elevate our accounts receivable operations? As the Head of Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d), you will oversee both domestic and international billing projects at 4flow and manage a team of five professionals located in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will hold company-wide accountability for invoicing and collection processes.
- Your role includes the development, documentation, and enhancement of project billing.
- You will manage order processing (including revenue and cash flow forecasting) alongside dunning and accounts receivable oversight in collaboration with project leaders.
- You will serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding all accounts receivable and tax-related inquiries.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- With a degree in finance or a related field, you possess several years of relevant experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable, within an organization that has international branches, along with initial leadership experience.
- You have a strong understanding of accounting principles under HGB and are knowledgeable about GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Your proficiency in Excel and accounting software, ideally including Datev, LucaNet, or Workday, comes from hands-on experience.
