Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. If you have a passion for sales and coaching, and enjoy:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Digital proficiency, experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
  • Excellent language skills in German
