Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. If you have a passion for sales and coaching, and enjoy:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Digital proficiency, experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
- Excellent language skills in German
