Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 8-12 sales agents to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales revenue and expand market share.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Digital proficiency, with experience in using Google Workspace and Salesforce.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Excellent German language skills.
