We're looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team and help us scale our business. As a Business Development Lead, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VPs of People, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment between business development efforts and passive lead generation.
- Design and implement scalable processes for client acquisition and business growth.

We're looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in the recruitment industry or similar. You'll need:
8+ years of business development experience, preferably in the recruitment industry or similar.Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and mid-level professionals in talent acquisition.Experience in creating referral networks and client acquisition systems.Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market dynamics, particularly in Europe.Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Willingness to travel across Europe, particularly to Berlin, London, and Amsterdam.We're a company that's passionate about making a difference in the recruitment industry.
