About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team at abakus Personal GmbH & Co. KG in München. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our lawyers and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or business development setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
