Category Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Manager to join our commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment
- Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category
- Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment presentation and trends
- Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to act in the best interest of the company
- Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a B2B customer network in the commercial industry
- Strong passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
- Existing industry network is desirable
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with high enthusiasm and presentation skills
- Communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with ability to build and develop effective business relationships
- Degree in management, business administration, or related field
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
