About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Sales Manager to join our evolving commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment, negotiating with national and international customers, and developing and implementing effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment
  • Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
  • Ensure close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to ensure alignment and optimal decision-making
About You
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a (B2B) customer network in the commercial industry, particularly related to wholesale, retail, and trading
  • A strong passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • An existing industry network is desirable
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • A degree in management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
