Our company, Buying Labs GmbH, is seeking a dynamic Senior Category Sales Manager to join our evolving beauty division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients in the beauty segment, negotiating with national and international customers, and developing effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our beauty category.

As a Senior Category Sales Manager, you will analyze market, product, and price potentials to expand your knowledge about optimal presentation of assortments, trends, and brands. You will collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management.

To succeed in this role, you will need professional experience in international account/sales management and a strong background in sales, particularly in the beauty industry. You will bring great passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development, motivation to work independently and as part of a team, and high-level enthusiasm and presentation skills.
