Category Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Manager to join our Beauty Division at our Hamburg headquarters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving category growth and enhancing our market positioning through strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the beauty segment
- Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our beauty category
- Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment presentation, trends, and brands
- Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to act in the best interest of the company
- Professional experience in international account/sales management and a B2B customer network in the beauty industry, particularly in wholesale, retail, and trading
- Passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, with high enthusiasm and presentation skills
- Communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
- Degree in management, business administration, or similar
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
