Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager NOC to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining our DC charger infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with our field service partners to resolve technical issues and provide proactive support to customers
  • Analyzing customer requests and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our operations processes
  • Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our e-mobility services
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in the e-mobility industry or a related field, with a focus on operations and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
