E.ON Drive GmbH is a leading provider of e-mobility solutions in Germany, and we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager NOC to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, with a focus on the German market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating our DC chargers and ensuring a seamless customer experience through documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  • Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
  • Contributing to the continuous growth of our eMobility business by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements include:

  • University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  • Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
  • Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
