Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager NOC to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer. Your primary focus will be on the German market, where you will work closely with our field service partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our DC charger infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Document, analyze, and resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our field service partners to ensure effective issue resolution and customer communication
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our service quality and operational excellence
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our e-mobility business
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in the e-mobility industry or customer services
  • Initial experience in DC infrastructure operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German
