Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager NOC to join our team in Essen, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer in the German market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with experience in DC charger operations and customer service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our field service partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer in the German market
  • Operate our DC chargers and provide proactive and transparent communication to our customers
  • Manage customer requests and take relevant suppression measurements to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business and help us to further improve our service quality and operational excellence
Requirements
  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in DC charger operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our field service partners
