At think-cell, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Partnership Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our academic program in EMEA and APJ, which aims to bring think-cell and state-of-the-art storytelling to the next generation of leading professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow current partner accounts: Nurture existing university relationships, promote think-cell via trainings and events, and increase awareness and software penetration across the campus.
  • Establish new partnerships: Conduct outreach, provide training and support to prospects and users, and ensure smooth usage of think-cell.
  • Be responsible end-to-end: Shape the program from top-of-funnel marketing ideas to graduation, and drive adoption through to graduation.
  • Enable teaching staff: Convincing professors and lecturers to integrate think-cell into their curriculum and teach critical skills of data visualization and storytelling.
  • Work closely with a small team: Collaborate with the Head of Academics and our US Academic Partnership Manager on strategic and operational priorities.

Requirements:

  • 1-5+ years of customer success, (pre-) sales or (strategic) partnership experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Appreciation of our product and tech in general, with a willingness to learn think-cell's product.
  • Winning attitude, self-starter with a data-driven entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English, German or one other European language strong plus.
  • Location: Berlin-preferred with a hybrid set-up – remote in Germany possible.
