Your Mission

Founded in 2002, think-cell has become a leading provider of business document creation software. Our innovative solutions have garnered a broad and loyal customer base, and we continue to set the standard in business document creation. As an Academic Partnership Associate, you will play a key role in our strategic growth, focusing on the expansion of our academic program in EMEA and APJ.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end contributions to the growth of our academic program. This includes nurturing existing partner accounts, establishing new partnerships, and enabling teaching staff to integrate our software into their curriculum. You will work closely with our Head of Academics and US Academic Partnership Manager to ensure program success.

Your Profile
  • Experience: 1-5+ years of customer success, (pre-) sales, or (strategic) partnership experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Product: Appreciation of our software and tech in general
  • Winning Attitude: You take your work seriously, but not yourself
  • Self-starter with a data-driven entrepreneurial mindset
  • Language: Fluency in English - German or one other European language strong plus
  • Location: Berlin-preferred with a hybrid set-up
