Academic Partnership Associate

At think-cell, we're growing our academic program, and we need a talented individual to help us achieve our goals. As a Senior Academic Partnership Associate, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing our strategy for the EMEA and APJ regions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with current university partners, including elite institutions like Cambridge University, TUM Munich, and NUS Singapore. This will involve promoting think-cell through trainings and events to increase awareness and software penetration across the campus.
  • Establishing new partnerships by doing outreach, providing trainings, and ensuring smooth usage of think-cell. This includes discussions with student clubs, academic institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Shaping the program from the ground up, including top-of-funnel marketing ideas, plays to increase awareness and adoption, and graduation strategies.
  • Enabling teaching staff to integrate think-cell into their curriculum and teach critical skills of data visualization and storytelling.
  • Collaborating with a small team to ensure program success. You'll work directly with the Head of Academics and our US Academic Partnership Manager on strategic and operational priorities.

For this role, we're looking for someone with 1-5+ years of experience in customer success, pre-sales, or strategic partnership experience. You'll need excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a willingness to learn think-cell's product. A winning attitude, self-starter mindset, and fluency in English are also essential. German or another European language is a plus.
