Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving high ARR growth? Do you have a passion for the e-commerce, performance marketing, or online advertising space? We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us scale our business in the DACH region.

About the Role

  • Understand our innovative Productsup platform and develop expertise in the e-commerce/marketing technology SaaS environment.
  • Create a standardized working environment and foster strong relationships with your sales peers and the marketing team.
  • Gain an overview of your accounts and develop a tailored sales strategy.
  • Build your pipeline and identify new opportunities for growth.

Short-term Goals (First 3 months)

  • Familiarize yourself with our product and the e-commerce/marketing technology landscape.
  • Establish a consistent working environment and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Get to know your assigned accounts and start developing a sales strategy.
  • Begin building your pipeline and exploring new opportunities.

Long-term Objectives (First 6 months and beyond)

  • Movate prospects through the sales cycle and close initial deals.
  • Expand your pipeline and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with supporting departments (e.g. BDR, Pre-Sales) to drive sales cycles.
  • Manage and nurture enterprise partner relationships.
  • Achieve mastery of the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

Your Background and Skills

  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in new-business sales with a successful track record of closing enterprise deals and generating high ARR growth in SaaS.
  • Experience selling solutions in the e-commerce, performance marketing, or online advertising space is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to sell value-based solutions to C-level executives in complex selling environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-centric approach to sales.
  • Technical expertise to effectively demonstrate our product and explain its benefits.
  • An analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into actionable plans.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • MEDDIC methodology knowledge is a plus.
