About the Role
At Workday GmbH (Euro), our Enterprise Sales Representatives play a crucial role in driving new customer growth and expanding our presence in the Medium Enterprise market.
This dynamic team of professionals is responsible for guiding new customers through a journey of transformation, helping them move beyond the limitations of legacy platforms and adopt a new class of enterprise management cloud solutions.
We believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value is essential to their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in cloud business application sales, leading complex sales cycles end-to-end.
- Experience in selling to C-level executives in a strong team selling environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.
Other Qualifications
- A proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.
