The Revenue Operations TeamWe're looking for a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team of 4 professionals who are passionate about optimizing our revenue generation and efficiency. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in aligning our marketing, sales, customer support, and account management teams to drive seamless customer interactions and maximize revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of customer and prospect data to inform effective decision-making.
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
- Evaluate and enhance support processes to elevate our customers' post-sales experiences.
- Implement improvements and optimizations in the lead-to-customer journey and across post-sale touchpoints in our business systems (centered around Salesforce).
- Deliver incremental improvements to sales and customer support workflows, while working on longer projects to redesign these processes.
- Serve as a process expert for key lead-to-customer and/or customer success & support processes, partnering closely with sales and customer success teams.
- Analyze performance and effect of improvements and process changes to continuously improve customer activation/onboarding and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to revenue generation & retention.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations professional who can bring their skills and expertise to our team. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in revenue operations, focusing on supporting sales or customer support teams, or both.
- Experience working in a SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce, either as a super/power-user or admin, with experience with other sales and support tools being a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
