Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Revenue Operations Manager, der unsere Geschäftsprozesse optimiert und unsere Vertriebs- und Deal-Pipeline transparent und gepflegt hält.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Analysieren und optimieren Sie die Prozesse zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing und unseren Produktexperten.
- Implementieren und verwalten Sie CRM-Systeme und Automatisierungstools, um Effizienz zu steigern und die Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
- Entwickeln Sie Umsatzprognosen und Modelle und unterstützen Sie das Lead Funnel Management, um das Umsatzpotenzial voll auszuschöpfen.
- Bauen Sie eine skalierbare Reporting-Infrastruktur auf, um KPIs zu verfolgen und datengestützte Einblicke für informierte Entscheidungen zu liefern.
- Analysieren Sie KPIs und Markttrends, um präzise Umsatzprognosen zu erstellen und umsetzbare Empfehlungen an die Unternehmensführung zu geben.
- Entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Optimierung der Customer Journey und implementieren Sie Initiativen, um Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristige Kundenbindung zu fördern.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations oder Business Operations.
- Starke analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen und KPIs effektiv zu tracken, analysieren und in umsetzbare Strategien umzuwandeln.
- Fähigkeit, Daten klar und überzeugend zu präsentieren und Insights an verschiedene Stakeholder zu kommunizieren.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in CRM-Tools (idealerweise Pipedrive) und Erfahrung in der Administration und Optimierung von CRM-Systemen.
- Fähigkeit, mit PowerPoint und Excel zur Datenanalyse und -berichterstattung umzugehen.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
