Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting the stage in the entirely new market for Meetsales GmbH. Your main responsibility will be to start and continue to grow the new business in the DACH region across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads, close new business, and provide a first-class service in the process.
  • Work closely with our CEO to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and its applications in the DACH market.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to share insights and help them understand the market.
  • Run regular sessions with our Junior Sales Manager to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development in the DACH region.
  • Experience in working with eCommerce and SaaS companies.
  • Good understanding of software-related ideas and terms.
  • Will to work in a changing environment.
  • Desire to grow, upskill, and win.
  • Proven track record of over-achievement throughout your career.
  • Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business.
  • Proven understanding of sales metrics and how to use them to build success.
  • Proven understanding of lead gen strategies.
  • Can-do mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Native or fluent German.
  • Strong English skills - written and spoken.
