- Support sales team with quotations, tenders, and evaluations.
- Process service orders and create Nexus licenses for SmartID and SDK products.
- Prepare NDAs and trial software requests.
- Optimize ERP and Power BI systems to improve business performance.
- Support finance department with accounts receivable management.
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- Good German language skills and English communication skills.
