Field Service Technician QRC

At Flowserve, we're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany and occasionally abroad.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement service and repair operations, including reporting and documentation.
  • Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning of valves, electric actuators, and position controllers internationally.
  • Organize required equipment (tools, PPE, etc.) and ensure HSE-related topics are addressed.
  • Train service partners, customers, QRC, SCS, and system operators on the repair and maintenance of fittings, valves, electric actuators, and position controllers.
  • Provide personal and direct customer support, collaborating with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training in mechanical, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Physical fitness and intercultural competence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3, and specific programs.
  • Willingness for further training, including SCC certification.
  • Good documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Stress resistance and solution orientation.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the country and abroad.
