Customer Service Coordinator

Nexus offers an exciting and diverse position in our friendly Customer Service team, providing opportunities to develop your career with the potential to grow into a broader role within a few years.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a competent contact person for our customers and partners to support our sales and consulting team regarding order entry and processing as well as invoicing. The successful candidate will actively drive cooperation and provide excellent customer service.
- Support sales teams with quotations and tenders, along with various evaluations and analyses
- Process service orders and create Nexus licenses for SmartID and SDK products
- Prolong maintenance contracts and assist Inside Sales
- Create trial software requests and prepare NDAs
- Optimize ERP and Power BI systems
- Assist the finance department in accounts receivable management
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A successfully completed commercial vocational training or industrial clerk qualification
- Professional experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company
- Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent German language skills and good English communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 per year, flexible working hours, home office options, a laptop, and company mobile phone. You will also enjoy open communication style, flat hierarchies, regular feedback, team meetings, and company events.
