Strategic Licensing and Partnership Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Global Licensing and Business Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead our licensing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement global licensing strategies aligned with our business goals, identifying potential licensing opportunities that support our portfolio.
  • Business Development and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage contracts with licensors and licensees, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with other companies to expand our market reach.
  • Market and Regulatory Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify licensing opportunities in different regions, ensuring compliance with international regulations related to licensing and intellectual property.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our product portfolio from a licensing perspective, assessing the profitability and potential of existing and new licenses.
  • Other: Cross-functional project management, preparing and managing budgets related to licensing activities, and assessing and mitigating risks associated with licensing agreements and intellectual property.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in economics or pharmacy, relevant professional experience in the in-licensing of medicinal products, and proven project management expertise. You should have first management experience, strong analytical skills combined with a strong understanding of business relationships, exceptional communication skills, and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
