Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement global licensing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify potential licensing opportunities that support the company's portfolio.
  • Business Development and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage contracts with licensors and licensees.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies to expand market reach.
  • Market and Regulatory Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify licensing opportunities in different regions.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations related to licensing and intellectual property.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the product portfolio from a licensing perspective.
  • Assess the profitability and potential of existing and new licenses.
About You
  • You have successfully completed studies in economics or pharmacy.
  • You have relevant professional experience in the in-licensing of medicinal products.
  • You possess proven project management expertise.
  • You have first management experience, including purely technical roles.
  • You have strong analytical skills combined with a strong understanding of business relationships.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and proven experience in negotiating product deals.
  • You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
