Your Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development and Negotiation:
  • Engage in negotiations and oversee contracts with licensors and licensees.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic alliances with other organizations to broaden market presence.
  • Market Insights and Compliance:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint licensing prospects across various regions.
  • Ensure adherence to international licensing and intellectual property regulations.
  • Portfolio Oversight:
  • Supervise the management of the product portfolio from a licensing viewpoint.
  • Evaluate the profitability and potential of both existing and prospective licenses.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, legal, and supply chain teams.
  • Develop and oversee budgets related to licensing operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with licensing agreements and intellectual property matters.
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in economics or pharmacy.
  • Relevant professional experience in the in-licensing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management.
  • Initial management experience, including technical roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with a solid understanding of business relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven experience in negotiating product agreements.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
