Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development and Implementation:
  • Formulate and execute worldwide licensing strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Discover potential licensing avenues that enhance the company's product offerings.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Negotiate and oversee agreements with licensors and licensees.
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with other organizations to broaden market presence.
  • Market Insights and Compliance:
  • Evaluate market dynamics to uncover licensing prospects across various territories.
  • Ensure adherence to global regulations pertaining to licensing and intellectual property rights.
  • Portfolio Oversight:
  • Supervise the management of the product portfolio from a licensing viewpoint.
  • Analyze the profitability and potential of both existing and prospective licenses.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, legal, and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets related to licensing initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with licensing contracts and intellectual property matters.
Your Background
  • Completed studies in economics or pharmacy
  • Relevant experience in the in-licensing of pharmaceutical products
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management
  • Initial management experience, including technical roles
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with a solid understanding of business relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven experience in negotiating product agreements
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
