Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Global Licensing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global licensing strategies aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement global licensing strategies that support our business objectives.
  • Business Development and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage contracts with licensors and licensees, and establish strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
  • Market and Regulatory Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify licensing opportunities and ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our product portfolio from a licensing perspective, assessing profitability and potential of existing and new licenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Successfully completed studies in economics or pharmacy.
  • Experience: Relevant professional experience in in-licensing of medicinal products, proven project management expertise, and first management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in negotiating product deals.
