Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Licensing Strategist to join our team at Vality One Recruitment GmbH. As a key member of our licensing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global licensing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global licensing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with licensors and licensees.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies to expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends to identify licensing opportunities in different regions.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations related to licensing and intellectual property.
  • Oversee the management of the product portfolio from a licensing perspective.
  • Assess the profitability and potential of existing and new licenses.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or pharmacy.
  • Relevant professional experience in the in-licensing of medicinal products.
  • Proven project management expertise.
  • First management experience (also purely technical).
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a strong understanding of business relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven experience in negotiating product deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
