As a dynamic and growing company, Cebi Luxembourg S.A. is seeking a Data Officer to join its team. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the company's data strategy, ensuring the effective use of data in terms of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance policy to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security Manager to ensure data security and the Data Protection Officer to address personal data-related issues.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including legal, marketing, innovation, IT, operational efficiency, and information asset management teams.
  • Provide audit reports on data policy implementation and ensure data quality, stewardship, protection, and compliance.
  • Conduct a study and implement a master data management solution to optimize data usage.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Officer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, IT outsourcing, IT architecture, and design methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and data management and information systems security.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in English, with basic proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish an asset.
  • Availability for business travel, up to 30% of the time.

A work permit is required for non-European Union Nationals.
