Job Title: Guest Relation Specialist

We are seeking a Guest Relation Specialist to join our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn. As a Guest Relation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests in the lobby, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests in the lobby, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Support the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
  • Collect and encourage guest feedback to improve our services.
  • Actively participate in the reception team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews on online rating portals.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled student with a valid certificate of enrollment for a full-time course of study.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good German and English language skills.
