Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and independent Student Guest Relation Specialist to join our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn. As a key member of our reception team, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with their queries
  • Supporting large arrivals, including school groups and self-check-in
  • Collecting guest feedback and encouraging online reviews
  • Assisting with reception duties, including check-in and check-out
  • Monitoring online rating portals
Requirements
  • Enrolled student with a valid certificate of enrollment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and approachable attitude
  • Good German and English language skills
