Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to oversee our Elevator New Installations segment. This role involves engaging with clients and driving sales in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough market and competitor analysis to identify and attract new clients.
  • Assessing client requirements and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Providing both technical and commercial guidance regarding new elevator installations.
  • Preparing detailed quotations and managing follow-up processes.
  • Leading negotiations for contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Managing order processing with a focus on both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, particularly the installation department.
  • Showcasing KONE solutions at various industry events and customer gatherings.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong enthusiasm for the role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in the German language.
  • Strong presence and exceptional negotiation capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
