About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bardusch. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and support with their sales and customer service needs.
- Process customer orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and customer service software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
