Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to oversee Elevator New Installations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify and acquire new clients.
- Assessing customer requirements and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Providing both technical and commercial guidance to clients regarding new elevator installations.
- Preparing and calculating proposals, followed by diligent follow-up.
- Leading negotiations for contracts with potential clients.
- Managing order processing, ensuring both technical and commercial aspects are clarified.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including installation departments.
- Showcasing KONE's innovative solutions at various events, including trade shows and client meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in sales with a strong passion for the field.
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in the German language.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a confident demeanor.
- Interest in digital technologies and their applications in sales.
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
