Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to oversee Elevator New Installations. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Assessing customer requirements and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Providing both technical and commercial guidance to clients regarding new elevator installations.
  • Preparing and calculating proposals, followed by diligent follow-up.
  • Leading negotiations for contracts with potential clients.
  • Managing order processing, ensuring both technical and commercial aspects are clarified.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including installation departments.
  • Showcasing KONE's innovative solutions at various events, including trade shows and client meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong passion for the field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in the German language.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a confident demeanor.
  • Interest in digital technologies and their applications in sales.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
