We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to assist our clients in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned clients to develop Joint Success Plans, set critical objectives, and support them in reaching their goals.
  • Track and assess clients' progress towards key performance indicators, providing reports to both internal stakeholders and client senior management.
  • Offer insights regarding the availability and relevance of new features within our platform.
  • Establish a trusted advisory relationship with each client, ensuring they derive ongoing value from our solutions and services.
  • Translate client usage data into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, such as executive business reviews, with clients as per established service level agreements to evaluate progress against strategic and technical goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve complex scenarios and integration challenges.
  • Mentor Customer Success Managers to enhance their expertise and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Encourage team collaboration and contribute to increasing team knowledge.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform.
  • Become an internal expert in communications by sharing industry best practices and collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive the evolution of our offerings.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or B2B Consulting, with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Experience in SaaS is essential.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating business needs into tangible value.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, analytical, presentation, and verbal, with the ability to create materials tailored to various audiences and promote key concepts and best practices.
  • A challenger mindset with a focus on growth.
  • A collaborative team player with innovative ideas for user adoption and retention strategies.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive project leader with a track record of executing complex solutions.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Internal Communications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.
