We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our clients in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned clients to develop Joint Success Plans, set critical objectives, and assist them in achieving their goals.
- Track and evaluate clients' progress towards key performance indicators, providing reports to both internal stakeholders and client executives.
- Offer insights regarding the availability and relevance of new features within our solutions.
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship with each client, ensuring they derive continuous value from our offerings.
- Convert client usage data into actionable recommendations.
- Schedule regular interactions, such as executive business reviews, to assess progress against strategic and technical goals.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues and integration challenges.
- Mentor junior Customer Success Managers to enhance their expertise and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Encourage team collaboration and contribute to increasing overall team knowledge.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our platform.
- Become an expert in internal communications by sharing industry best practices and collaborating with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance our product offerings.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or B2B Consulting, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Experience in SaaS is essential.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating business needs into tangible value.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create materials tailored to various audiences and promote key concepts and best practices.
- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative team player with innovative ideas for user adoption and retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record as a proactive project leader capable of executing complex solutions.
- Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
- Experience in Internal Communications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.
