About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized account plans to drive client growth and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships and develop strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
